The meeting conveyed and comprehensively learned the spirit of the 2024 semi annual work conference between SOHO Holdings Group and SOHO Holly. Jiang Haiying, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of SOHO Holly, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
     The meeting pointed out that in the first half of this year, facing the complex market situation, the fertilizer company maintained strategic determination, adhered to goal orientation, conscientiously implemented the arrangements and deployments of the holding group and SOHO Holly, closely followed the theme of high-quality development, steadily promoted various work, and achieved phased work results.
     The meeting emphasized that in the second half of the year, the bottom line for all work should be to achieve the annual work goals, hone the determination and methods to overcome difficulties, cultivate core competitiveness in the market, fully utilize resources from all parties, and reasonably leverage our own advantages to promote the high-quality development of the company to a new level through practical actions.

     Jiang Haiying affirmed the work of the fertilizer company in the first half of the year. She emphasized that in the second half of the year, fertilizer companies will focus on "consolidating the foundation and seeking new opportunities". One is to stabilize the traditional advantage business "ballast stone", strengthen business control, and increase cooperation with end customers. Secondly, we need to accelerate the development of new varieties with higher standards, starting from small orders and trial orders, and understand every aspect of the new business development process. The third is to do a good job in building a professional talent team and accelerate the pace of building a high-quality and specialized talent team. The fourth is to take greater measures to prevent and resolve risks, regularly visit new and old customers, always pay attention to their credit situation, do a good job in credit limit management, and guard the bottom line of risk control.
